[Resolved] Skillable engineers have deployed a hotfix, testing shows that the issue has been resolved and we do not expect it to return at this time.

[Investigating] Skillable’s monitoring systems alerted staff that a subset of cloud lab launches are failing with the following error message: "Error while scheduling a lab launch. Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Skillable engineers are engaged and working towards a resolution.
